These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website nikosrescuezoo.com ("the Site") operated by Play Rescue ApS ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Denmark. By using this Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. About the Site

This Site serves as the public information page for Niko's Rescue Zoo, a community invite-only multiplayer online game currently in closed alpha development. The Site allows visitors to:

• Learn about the game and its development
• Sign up for the alpha waitlist to be considered for an invitation
• View development updates and media

2. Alpha Waitlist

• Signing up does not guarantee access to the game
• Invitations are sent at our discretion as spots become available
• If invited, you will receive an email with instructions on how to access the game
• You may remove yourself from the waitlist at any time by contacting us

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, images, 3D models, screenshots, artwork, logos, and video — is the property of Play Rescue ApS or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written consent.

4. User Conduct

When using this Site, you agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to interact with the Site
• Interfere with the Site's operation or other users' experience

5. No Warranties

The Site and all information are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Rescue Wars Online is in active development — game features, content, and availability are subject to change.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Play Rescue ApS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or participation in the alpha program.

7. Third-Party Links

This Site may contain links to third-party websites (YouTube, Twitch, Discord, Odsherred Zoo Rescue). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these external sites.

8. The Game (Alpha Access)

If you are invited to the alpha, separate terms may apply to your use of the game at game.nikosrescuezoo.com. The alpha version of the game is provided for testing purposes and may contain bugs, incomplete features, and data resets.

9. Charitable Purpose

Play Rescue ApS aims to donate distributable profits after tax to charitable or otherwise beneficial purposes, when compatible with the company's continued operation, liquidity, and obligations. This is a goal, not a guarantee, and does not create any obligation to individual users.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be resolved in Danish courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
